The idea

One place for drivers to book, track and pay for vehicle maintenance, and for garages to run the work behind it.

What we built

One React codebase for web, iOS and Android, bringing together booking, payments, AI features and a full garage admin. GraphQL and REST APIs connect the platform with third-party services. Currency, tax, language and time zone are configurable for each market, supporting expansion beyond Romania.

The idea

Romanian businesses miss tenders because finding them means searching thousands of procurement codes. Subscribers pick the work they do in plain words and get matched opportunities, with the reason each one matched.

What we built

An approved product prototype covering the public website, subscriber workspace and operations admin. It explores tender matching, subscription plans and a Romanian payment flow. The screens shown are a product preview, not a live service.

The idea

The county's water and sewerage utility already had a website, but it looked and read its age, and staff couldn't safely change it. Residents needed bills, water quality and outages to be easy to find.

What we built

A complete facelift of the existing site: new design, new copy and new imagery on every page, with security issues fixed along the way. Underneath is a fully composable WordPress theme the utility owns outright. Staff can rearrange and edit anything from the WordPress admin, including every new page they add.

How it works

Four steps, the same on a two-week fix or a year-long build.

  1. A 30-minute call

    Tell us what you’re building or what needs improving. In 30 minutes, we’ll explore your goals, discuss the options and give you an honest view on whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Agree and sign the brief

    We agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, price and what’s excluded. You sign the project brief and contract before work begins, so both sides know what to expect.

  3. Follow the build

    You get a private web page with progress updates and preview links to try the work. We use Claude to help prepare updates, then review them before sharing. We remain responsible for the work and its delivery.

  4. Launch and hand over

    You own the code, the designs and the accounts. Documentation included, support if you want it.

Pitstop Technologies is a software company based in Romania. We help businesses and individuals turn ideas into useful digital products and improve the systems they already depend on.

Founded by Nick Taylor, the company draws on fifteen years of his engineering experience in the UK, the UAE and Romania, across real estate technology, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce and public services.

Projects are led by our founder, from the first brief through technical decisions, development and handover. You have a direct point of contact and clear responsibility for delivery.
