The starting budget is for a bounded first release or one agreed workflow. Discovery defines what fits. Additional platforms, integrations, data migration and later phases are priced in the proposal.

Online shops, custom applications and sites with higher traffic or storage needs receive a tailored hosting and support quote. Cloud usage and paid third-party services are costed separately. We agree the scope and running costs before you sign up; any later increase needs your approval.
Launch clients keep their plan’s launch price while subscribed to the same agreed scope. Extra capacity or services are quoted separately and require approval.

The rest before launch
After the agreed website scope is delivered and approved, the remaining development payment is due before launch. Bespoke rights transfer and handover follow the signed agreement. Your own data and existing materials remain yours.

Questions before you book
The things most people ask about price, payment and what happens after launch.
Do the prices include VAT?+
No. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice where applicable.
What changes the price of a business website?+
Page count, content, design requirements and integrations determine the scope. Starter begins at €599 for up to five pages; Business begins at €1,499 for up to ten pages with publishing and enquiry tracking. Both include RO/EN content, basic editing and two revision rounds. These launch prices apply to projects booked by 31 December 2026; from 2027 the starting prices are €799 and €1,999. Prices exclude VAT, with domain, hosting and third-party costs stated separately.
How and when do I pay?+
By bank transfer, on invoice. Standard website payments are 50% at the start and 50% before launch. Paying in full upfront saves 5%. Companies (SRL or PFA) can choose three instalments (40/30/30) on Starter and Business at +5%. Product & AI uses milestones agreed in the brief. Bespoke rights transfer under the signed agreement after full development payment; your data and existing materials remain yours.
How long does it take?+
Starter usually takes 7–10 working days and Business two to four weeks after scope and content inputs are agreed, subject to timely feedback. Both include RO/EN copy, selected imagery and two consolidated revision rounds. Commerce and software timelines are set in the proposal.
What happens after launch?+
You can update the agreed website content yourself, with no editing add-on or care plan required. You own the code, designs and accounts, with written handover. Defects in the delivered scope are fixed for 30 days after launch. Optional plans from €39 a month cover standard website hosting and maintenance within an agreed scope. Larger systems, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
Do I need to arrange hosting?+
We help you choose and set up suitable hosting. Essentials and Care include hosting for standard business websites within an agreed scope. Online shops, custom applications and higher traffic or storage needs are quoted separately, including cloud usage and paid third-party services. We confirm running costs before you commit. Without a plan, hosting is paid directly to the provider. Your domain, typically €10–15 a year, is registered in your name.
What if I want changes during the project?+
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the process; you see previews as we go. Anything beyond the brief is priced before we do it, so the total never changes without your agreement.
I’m just starting out and my budget is tight. Can we still work together?+
Yes. We can start with a smaller, well-defined scope that grows later, and find a payment plan that suits you. Tell us your budget on the call and we’ll say honestly what is achievable with it.
What happens after 31 December?+
Projects booked by 31 December 2026, with the brief signed and the deposit paid, keep the launch price even when delivery happens in 2027. New bookings from 1 January 2027 use the standard prices: Starter from €799, Business from €1,999, Commerce & Platforms from €3,499 and Product & AI from €8,499. A Care plan started at the launch rate of €79 a month keeps it for as long as the subscription continues; new Care plans from 2027 start at €89 a month. Essentials stays at €39.
