Booking a call
Booking links open Cal.com in a separate tab. The project enquiry form does not embed a calendar.
Your project details stay in the page until you open an email draft or download a copy. Opening the draft passes the details to your email app; you review and send it yourself. The website does not submit or store your brief on a server. Booking links do not share the brief with Cal.com. Only supported service and package choices appear in navigation URLs; contact details and free text are never added to URLs or browser storage.
When you book, the details you enter (name, email, notes, time zone) are processed by Cal.com, Inc. as the operator of the booking service and shared with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to its service: cal.com/privacy(opens in a new tab).
Email contact
If you write to nick@pitstop360.tech, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and for the period required by Romanian accounting and legal obligations where a contract follows. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Hosting and server logs
Public website pages and media are served over HTTPS. Hosting services may keep technical logs, including IP address, requested page and time, to operate and secure the website. We do not use these logs for advertising. Project briefs are not submitted to a website endpoint.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
