03 / Custom software

Custom software development for businesses

Software built around how your business actually works: systems that replace spreadsheets and manual steps, internal tools and portals your team uses every day, and integrations that make your existing tools talk to each other. Designed, built and documented by a senior engineer, with a written scope and a fixed price.

Show one process that slows the team down. We map the people, data and systems around it.

Bespoke systems, internal tools, dashboards and portals

Integrations and APIs between the systems you already use

Your data stays yours; bespoke rights and handover follow the signed agreement

01 / The right fit

Who it’s for

01

Companies outgrowing spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools

Orders, stock, clients or planning live in files, messages and three different apps that never agree. A system built around your process gives you one source of truth.

02

Businesses with manual, repetitive processes

Data copied by hand between tools, reports assembled every Monday, approvals chased by email. Automation and a clear back office give the team its time back.

03

Teams that need internal tools or connected systems

An admin panel for operations, a management dashboard, a customer or partner portal, or an ERP, CRM and invoicing that finally exchange data on their own.

02 / A clear scope

What’s included

We define an achievable first phase after discovery. Depending on your needs, the proposal may include the capabilities below; they are not all included in the starting budget.

  • Discovery workshop and a written specification with milestones and deliverables
  • Architecture and data model designed for the next few years, not just the first release
  • Backend, APIs and business logic in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP/Laravel or .NET, chosen to fit your team and systems
  • Admin panels, dashboards and customer or partner portals in React or Vue
  • Integrations with ERP, CRM, invoicing, payments and the APIs of the systems you already use
  • Data pipelines and automation: imports, syncs, scheduled jobs, reports and notifications
  • Cloud deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Render, with Docker, CI/CD on GitHub Actions and monitoring
  • Testing, documentation and agreed handover, with ownership and third-party licences recorded

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what people ask before booking a call.

How much does custom software cost?

Custom software is scoped and quoted after the call; projects start from the Product & AI price of €6,999 + VAT for a well-defined internal tool, portal or integration. Larger systems are quoted in phases, each with its own deliverables and fixed price, so you can start with the part that removes the most manual work.

How long does a custom software project take?

A focused internal tool or integration usually takes four to eight weeks; a business system with several modules is delivered in phases of six to twelve weeks each. The timeline is set in the specification, with milestones you can test along the way.

Who owns the software and the intellectual property?

Your data and existing materials remain yours. Rights to the bespoke code and designs transfer under the signed agreement after full development payment. The proposal identifies third-party licences, account responsibilities and the documented handover, so you can continue with us or another team.

Which technologies do you use?

The ones that fit your project and the people who will run it: Node.js with TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP with Laravel or .NET on the backend; React or Vue for interfaces; PostgreSQL, MySQL or Redis for data, with Databricks where analytics need it; AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Render for hosting, with Docker, Terraform and GitHub Actions for deployments. We recommend, you decide, and we write down why.

What happens after launch, and can you maintain it?

Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free of charge for 30 days. After that we agree a monthly care plan or a retainer for monitoring, updates and new features, with clear hours and priorities, or we hand over to your team with the documentation to run it.
