A platform bringing drivers, garages, bookings and payments together across web and mobile. Built in-house, from the customer journey to the systems underneath.
A calendar connects bookings to the garage’s available time. Seeing the week together makes the relationship between individual appointments and the working day visible.

Inside the build
The product, end to end
The challenge
Make car maintenance easier to arrange, and give garages a clearer way to manage their day.
What goes into it
Driver and garage experiences, booking and payment workflows, mobile apps and service integrations.
01
One booking. Two different needs.
The driver needs to understand the next step. The garage needs to organise the working day. Separate interfaces make the same service journey useful to both, without asking either person to work around the other’s tools.
02
A product beyond the first screen.
Bookings sit alongside the everyday work of running a garage: capacity, workshop reporting and customer progress. The web and mobile interfaces are parts of the same product, with the operational detail treated as carefully as the first impression.
