Most sites need a little attention every month. The care plan covers it, without hourly billing for every small request. It is reserved for websites we build: we know every part of the code, so we can look after its speed and security properly.

Questions before you book
The things most people ask about price, payment and what happens after launch.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice where applicable.
How and when do I pay?
By bank transfer, on invoice. A 50% deposit when you sign the brief and the remaining 50% on delivery. Larger Product & AI projects can be split into milestones.
What happens after launch?
You own the code, the designs and the accounts, with written documentation included. Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free of charge for 30 days after launch: that is the warranty. For ongoing updates and changes, websites we build can join the care plan from €49 a month.
Do I need to arrange hosting?
No. We recommend and set up hosting suited to the project, usually a few euros a month paid directly to the provider, with the accounts in your name. With the care plan, we manage it for you.
What if I want changes during the project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the process; you see previews as we go. Anything beyond the brief is priced before we do it, so the total never changes without your agreement.
How long does it take?
A Launch site usually takes about a week and a Business site two to four weeks, once we have your content. Commerce & Platforms and Product & AI timelines are set in the brief. Delays usually come from waiting for content, so we plan for that together.
What does a website typically cost in Romania?
Published Romanian price guides for 2026 put a presentation website at roughly 400–1,000 € with a freelancer and 1,500–6,000 € with an agency, or 10–30 € a month plus your own time on a site builder. Online shops run from about 600–2,000 € with a freelancer to 2,000–20,000 € or more with an agency. Our custom-coded sites start at 499 € (Launch) and 1,900 € (Business), and shops at 3,000 €, all excluding VAT. Actual prices vary by scope.
