How it works

Four steps, the same on a two-week fix or a year-long build.

  1. A 30-minute call

    Tell us what you’re building or what needs improving. In 30 minutes, we’ll explore your goals, discuss the options and give you an honest view on whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Agree and sign the brief

    We agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, price and what’s excluded. You sign the project brief and contract before work begins, so both sides know what to expect.

  3. Follow the build

    You get a private web page with progress updates and preview links to try the work. We use Claude to help prepare updates, then review them before sharing. We remain responsible for the work and its delivery.

  4. Launch and hand over

    You own the code, the designs and the accounts. Documentation included, support if you want it.

Straight answers to what people ask before booking a call.

How much does a custom website cost?

A custom-coded presence for a new business starts at €499 + VAT (the Launch package). A business website with a service and SEO page architecture, case studies, analytics and full documentation starts at €1,900 + VAT (the Business package). Scope is agreed on the call, not by counting pages, and you receive the fixed price for your project in writing afterwards.

How long does a website take?

A Launch site usually takes about a week and a Business site two to four weeks, once we have your text and images. Most delays come from waiting for content, so we plan that step together.

Do you work with WordPress, Shopify or Magento?

Yes. Launch and Business are hand-coded by default because that gives the fastest, most secure result; if you want to edit content yourself, we build on WordPress from the start for +€500. Online shops go on Shopify or WooCommerce from €3,000, and larger Magento 2 or Odoo projects are scoped after the call. Whatever the platform, the performance and SEO work is the same, with targets agreed in the scope.

Will the site show up on Google?

We deliver the technical foundations Google needs: fast pages, correct metadata, a sitemap, structured data and Search Console set up. Where the site ranks depends on content, competition and time, so we do not promise rankings. We can explain what is in your hands after launch.

Do I need to have text and photos ready?

Ideally, yes: you know your business best. We work with your content, tell you what is missing and can adjust the text. Copywriting from scratch, photography and logo design are not included, but we can point you to good options.
