An approved prototype for a Romanian procurement product, exploring tender matching, a subscriber workspace, subscriptions and an operations admin. A product preview, not a live service.
2019–2022A monolith split into services with a new progressive web app and a faster checkout, lifting sales by 120%. The platform then moved to AWS with Kubernetes, Terraform, a firewall and central logging.
