    Tell us what you’re building or what needs improving. In 30 minutes, we’ll explore your goals, discuss the options and give you an honest view on whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Agree and sign the brief

    We agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, price and what’s excluded. You sign the project brief and contract before work begins, so both sides know what to expect.

  3. Follow the build

    You get a private web page with progress updates and preview links to try the work. We use Claude to help prepare updates, then review them before sharing. We remain responsible for the work and its delivery.

  4. Launch and hand over

    You own the code, the designs and the accounts. Documentation included, support if you want it.

The Product & AI package starts at €5,000 + VAT for a well-defined assistant or automation. Model usage costs, paid directly to the provider, come on top; we estimate them before starting.

How do we make sure the answers are correct?

We build a set of questions and expected answers with your team and run it on every change. Answers are grounded in your documents with the source cited, and the assistant says when it lacks the information instead of inventing it.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. The best results come from integrating AI into the tools you already use: email, CRM, the ticketing system or your app. We change only what is needed.
