This page explains, in plain terms, what this website does with your data. The short version: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and only processes personal data when you choose to book a call or write to us.

Who is responsible

The controller for any personal data collected through this website is the company below. You can contact us about this page or your data at any time.

Cookies, storage and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

When you choose a language with the RO/EN switch, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage so that the homepage opens in that language next time. This value never leaves your browser and you can remove it by clearing site data. Switching language also keeps your place on the page for a few seconds using session storage, which is cleared automatically.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It loads only after you press “Choose a time”; until then no request is made to Cal.com. The direct booking link opens Cal.com's own website.

When you book, the details you enter (name, email, notes, time zone) are processed by Cal.com, Inc. as the operator of the booking service and shared with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to its service: cal.com/privacy(opens in a new tab).

Email contact

If you write to nick@pitstop360.tech, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and for the period required by Romanian accounting and legal obligations where a contract follows. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Render as a static site, delivered through its content delivery network. Like any web server, Render may keep short-term technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type and time) to operate and secure the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased, where there is no legal reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Changes to this page

If the way this website works changes, for example if analytics are added, this page will be updated first and the date above will change.
