  1. A 30-minute call

    Tell us what you’re building or what needs improving. In 30 minutes, we’ll explore your goals, discuss the options and give you an honest view on whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Agree and sign the brief

    We agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, price and what’s excluded. You sign the project brief and contract before work begins, so both sides know what to expect.

  3. Follow the build

    You get a private web page with progress updates and preview links to try the work. We use Claude to help prepare updates, then review them before sharing. We remain responsible for the work and its delivery.

  4. Launch and hand over

    You own the code, the designs and the accounts. Documentation included, support if you want it.

How much does custom software cost?

Custom software is scoped and quoted after the call; projects start from the Product & AI price of €6,999 + VAT for a well-defined internal tool, portal or integration. Larger systems are quoted in phases, each with its own deliverables and fixed price, so you can start with the part that removes the most manual work.

How long does a custom software project take?

A focused internal tool or integration usually takes four to eight weeks; a business system with several modules is delivered in phases of six to twelve weeks each. The timeline is set in the specification, with milestones you can test along the way.

Who owns the software and the intellectual property?

You do. The source code, the data, the designs, the cloud accounts and the documentation are in your company’s name from the start, and the contract says so. You can continue with us, with an in-house team or with another supplier.

Which technologies do you use?

The ones that fit your project and the people who will run it: Node.js with TypeScript, Python, Java, PHP with Laravel or .NET on the backend; React or Vue for interfaces; PostgreSQL, MySQL or Redis for data, with Databricks where analytics need it; AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Render for hosting, with Docker, Terraform and GitHub Actions for deployments. We recommend, you decide, and we write down why.

What happens after launch, and can you maintain it?

Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free of charge for 30 days. After that we agree a monthly care plan or a retainer for monitoring, updates and new features, with clear hours and priorities, or we hand over to your team with the documentation to run it.
